Q: On the intake manifold of my Fulvia's engine a plastic hose connects the two holes, which are normally used for measuring vacuum. Is this hose there normally or did someone else put it there?

A: On the intake manifold of the Fulvia the two holes for measuring the vacuum pressure should not be connected with any tube. Each one of them is normally closed by a bolt (13 mm hex head) and a fabric washer.
